About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic specialist to join our team at Ringwood store. As a specialist, you will be responsible for accepting donations, educating donors and customers on the work of our not-for-profit partners, and embodying our purpose to Champion Reuse.

  • Greet donors with gratitude and educate them on how their donation makes a difference
  • Handle all donations with care and respect, and provide excellent customer service
  • Educate donors and customers on the work of our not-for-profit partners
  • Promote our safety culture and support your team to meet daily production targets
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Availability for part-time hours between 9am - 9pm, Monday to Sunday
  • A team player mindset, with a passion for working collaboratively to achieve team goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
