About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Manager to lead the transformation of patient care delivery and experience in Australia. The successful candidate will drive the development and governance of incident and problem management frameworks, collaborate with eHealth and Health Entity Change Advisory Boards, and coordinate major incident responses.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain incident and problem management frameworks to support swift service recovery and root cause identification.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guide change implementation and reduce operational risk.
  • Create and maintain known error and change databases to support proactive issue resolution.
  • Conduct performance reviews and produce reports that measure impact, cost, and service improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate major incident responses and post-incident reviews to drive continual service improvement and learning.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL disciplines, especially in Service Transition and Continual Service Improvement.
  • Extensive experience managing Service Management functions in large, complex digital environments.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence cross-functional teams to support business outcomes.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in IT service management.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure settings with the ability to effectively balance competing priorities.
