Key Responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you will have experience in project/organisational management in a complex business environment. Your ability to provide critical thinking and articulate a clear strategic direction in the development and implementation of organisational improvement strategies is vital to the role.
The successful applicant will need experience in leading change initiatives that have delivered significant business results and in managing all aspects of general business relating to financial management, risk management, policy and procedure compliance and continuous improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in project/organisational management including leading change initiatives, financial, legal and probity issues.
- Experience in advising on project governance, financial management and project delivery strategies.
- Experience in leadership and management including managing resources and motivating others towards achieving outcomes.
