About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Analytics Specialist to join our team at Harris Scarfe. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Analytics and Tag Manager accounts to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master Google Analytics: Configure, optimize, and maintain GA for accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Implement Tag Management: Manage Google Tag Manager, deploy tracking codes, and collaborate with developers.
  • Uncover Insights: Analyze web analytics data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive Performance: Implement tracking, attribution, and optimization strategies to improve website performance.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to data privacy regulations, manage consent, and maintain data security.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Work cross-functionally, manage Google reseller partnership, and foster a data-driven culture.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Google Analytics and Tag Manager. You will have a deep understanding of data analysis and interpretation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Expert GA & GTM: You must have at least 3+ years' experience in Google Analytics and Tag Manager, with deep proficiency in setup and management.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Strong analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable recommendations for business growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for troubleshooting and custom tag implementation.
  • Digital Marketing Savvy: Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, multi-channel attribution, and data privacy regulations.
  • Collaboration and Execution: Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented and Resilient: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve, and deliver results.
