Graduate Career in Banking Operations

We are seeking highly motivated and talented graduates to join our Banking Operations team.

  • This 18-month program offers domestic and international rotations, comprehensive development, and a flexible hybrid work environment.
About the Role:
  • You will develop technical skills and support critical banking functions by rotating through key operations teams.
  • You will participate in short-term rotations within risk and compliance and at a regional branch to gain a well-rounded understanding of the bank.
Your Qualifications:
  • You hold a final year undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have completed studies within the past three years.
  • You are available to commence full-time employment from February 2026.
  • You possess Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
  • You demonstrate knowledge and interest in the chosen field.
