Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our team and contribute to the development of young minds. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience for children aged 0-12 months.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our learners. You will work closely with fellow educators and centre managers to ensure seamless integration of curricula and smooth communication with families.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check (QLD Paid Blue Card)
