Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team, where you'll play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a love of learning.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about delivering high-quality educational programs, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting the growth and development of children. As an Early Childhood Educator with Guardian, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team, contribute to creating engaging lesson plans, and help children achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging early childhood education programs aligned with curriculum standards;
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity;
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow;
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and colleagues regarding children's progress and well-being;
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it);
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card);
  • Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster;
  • A strong passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
