Early Childhood Lead Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and education for young children. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for mentoring the growth and development of your colleagues, while ensuring that every child receives the highest level of care and education.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care and education for all children.
  • Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care and education provided.
  • Support educators to deliver contemporary early childhood practices, embedding a curriculum that promotes exploration, discovery, and play.
  • Champion your centre as a beacon of excellence, embodying the values of bravery, positivity, thoughtfulness, and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • A completed Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Significant experience in an early childhood education leadership role.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS) and working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Current Working with Children's Check (QLD Paid Blue Card).
