We are seeking a detail-oriented Hospitality Service Coordinator to support our team in managing enquiries, coordinating bookings and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing bookings, updating systems and maintaining reservation records. They will also provide information on services, menu options and special events to guests, as well as liaising with other departments and venue teams to ensure smooth coordination and preparation for bookings.

  • Process bookings and updates reservations records
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless booking coordination
  • Support event coordination and administration as needed
  • Monitor reservation inboxes and respond promptly to guest enquiries
  • Manage guest special requests, dietary requirements and seating preferences

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
