We are seeking a Claims Consultant to join our team. As a Claims Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build your career in Life Insurance.

The role of a Claims Consultant is challenging and rewarding within the Life Insurance Industry. You will be required to assess and adjudicate on claims made by individuals under their policies who are at their most vulnerable (sick or injured) efficiently, fairly, and honestly.

You will interact with a variety of customers, doctors, accountants, lawyers, rehabilitation experts with a goal to make decisions. This role is different every day.

Job Description
  • Assess and analyse life insurance claims
  • Make informed decisions regarding claim payments
  • Interact with external and internal specialists
  • Provide exceptional customer service and compliance

You will form part of the Foundation team and receive dedicated training and support to achieve your first claims delegation within 4 months.
