Our ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated educator who is committed to providing high-quality early learning experiences for young children. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful applicant will contribute to the education program in the room and centre, engaging and supervising children at all times. They will maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members, and build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.

Key responsibilities will include actively contributing to the education program, engaging and supervising children, maintaining a safe environment, building and maintaining relationships with children and families, and complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.

As a Casual Educator, you will be flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You will put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III - Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
