**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a passionate **Certificate III Early Childhood Educator** to join our team. Whether you're looking for school-friendly hours or a more flexible schedule, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a well-supported, high-quality early learning environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and their families
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Collaborate with an experienced, supportive, and friendly team
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
- Enjoy flexible shifts, including school hours - perfect for parents returning to the workforce

**About You**
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Passion for early childhood education and supporting young learners
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
