We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Revenue Assurance Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in protecting and improving our financial performance by identifying and recovering financial leakage across wholesale and retail operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validating and disputing network and market charges
  • Reconciling recoverable costs
  • Ensuring accurate revenue capture and cost allocation

Requirements:

  • Commercial or technical background
  • Minimum of two plus years' experience in Revenue Assurance or a related analytical or financial discipline
  • Able to operate with minimal supervision, tenacious attitude to investigating and resolving issues
  • High level of initiative
  • Advanced excel skills
