Revenue Assurance Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Assurance Analyst to play a critical role in identifying and recovering financial leakage by analyzing cost and revenue data across wholesale and retail operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a commercial or technical background with a minimum of two years' experience in Revenue Assurance or a related analytical or financial discipline.
  • A high level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify Financial Leakage: Analyze cost and revenue data to identify potential areas of financial loss.

  • Validate and dispute network charges received from Network Service Providers.
  • Reconcile validated charges against customer billing to ensure accurate cost pass-through.

Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure the availability and accuracy of metering and operational data.

  • Develop and maintain effective data management systems to support business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to operate third-party revenue assurance systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
