Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting - Capital and Risk Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a mid-sized team and ensuring the compilation, preparation, review, and lodgement of defined APRA Returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team uses, reviews, and maintains consistent documentation for all regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with EFS and Financial Operations Function to ensure consistency across returns.
- Review and approve defined APRA Returns.
- Ensure all reporting requirements are met within deadlines.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years' experience in financial services, of which 5 are in regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Capital Returns in the banking industry is essential.
- Experience in leading a team of direct reports responsible for the completion of a large number of regulatory reports.
- Strong analytical skills to identify errors and discrepancies in regulatory reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business, risk, or related discipline.
