Regulatory Reporting and Treasury Operations
As a key member of Cuscal's Finance, Reporting & Control team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory financial reporting. This includes overseeing the preparation, submission, and review of all regulatory reports, as well as collaborating with finance, risk management, and compliance teams to gather and validate data necessary for reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Group Finance's APR regulatory reports in accordance with Cuscal's requirements as an ADI.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the regulatory reporting process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the bank's reporting framework and practices.
- Support the Financial Controller in the delivery of the Group Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Plan (ICAAP) Summary Statement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within the banking or financial services sector.
- Experience producing financial result analysis for management.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices (i.e. the '3 lines of defence').
- Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks.
- Extensive proficiency in financial reporting software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, regulatory reporting systems).
