We are seeking team members to join our dynamic workforce at Wollongong.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
  • Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
  • Take pride in your workspace, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
  • Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the counter, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game
  • Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your colleagues safe
  • Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs
