**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
- Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
- Processing payments and cash handling

**Do you have?**:

- Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
- Previous experience with a reservation system such as Now Book it and Ordermate
- Cash handling experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.

**Licence/Certification**:

- RSA (required)

- Australia (required)
