About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Dental Practice Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our dental business development and practice management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies
  • Foster new partnerships and collaborations
  • Optimize resource allocation and eliminate waste
  • Sustain continuous improvement through effective planning and execution
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage practice accreditation documentation and ensure compliance
  • Set and achieve goals for business growth and development

Management Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead a team of clinicians, dental assistants, and administrative staff
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters and oversee staffing needs
  • Process claims and receipts efficiently and effectively
  • Manage patient bookings, consent forms, and stock/supplies
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Be available to step in and provide dental assisting services if necessary
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings and workshops

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team management, including HR
  • Essential skills and experience as a dental assistant and administrator/receptionist
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Exemplary leadership by example
  • Experience in developing and managing daily operations
  • Able to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
  • Current OPEN driver's license
