Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  1. Gather and analyse the agency's contact data, identifying key attributes such as organisation type, function, and communication preferences.
  2. Assess the quality and completeness of existing data, identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organisational needs, including how contacts should be grouped and categorized.
  4. Facilitate discussions to identify desired CRM features and functionality.
  5. Utilise experience with CRM systems to recommend best practices for data grouping, categorisation, and segmentation.
  6. Suggest potential CRM use cases based on the agency's objectives, such as targeted email communications and reporting needs.
  7. Design a logical structure for contact data, ensuring it is ready for migration into a future CRM.
  8. Develop standardised templates and frameworks for data entry and maintenance.
  9. Provide input into the evaluation of potential CRM solutions based on gathered requirements and industry knowledge.
  10. Offer insights into CRM capabilities that align with the agency's objectives.
  11. Document data structures, recommended categorisations, and functional requirements for the CRM.
