You'll be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love interacting with people, and have a flexible, team-oriented approach.ROSTERThis role offers permanent fixed shifts on a rotating roster, providing stability while offering the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life.This is a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.ROLE

  • Week 1: Thursday 11am - 3pm | Saturday 10am - 4.30pm
  • Week 2: Sunday 12.30pm - 3.30pm | Monday 11am - 3pm | Wednesday 11am - 3pm | Thursday 5.30pm - 9.15pm

  • Week 1: Sunday 10.45am - 5.15pm | Wednesday 11am - 3pm | Thursday 5.30pm - 9.15pm
  • Week 2: Thursday 11am - 3pm | Friday 10.30am - 3pm | Saturday 10am - 4.30pm
As a Sales Team Member, your responsibilities include:Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.Maintain and replenish stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.Support with visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.We offer a dynamic and purpose-driven work environment where you can grow your career and develop new skills.Join our community partnership program with the Women's Community Shelters.Participate in our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)We also provide training opportunities, career progression, team discounts, and more.Key Skills and Qualifications:
