Customer Sales Representative

The Customer Sales Representative role is a key position within our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in this challenging and rewarding opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a great shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards, processing stock, receiving, dispatching, and storing products.

As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), your key focus includes:

  • Providing genuine service and creating moments that matter with customers.
  • Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Processing stock; receiving, dispatching, and storing products.
  • Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture.

Note that this role will require lifting, bending, and climbing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
