Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our enterprise identity architecture initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions using industry-standard protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM provisioning standards.

The successful candidate will have expertise in integrating identity access management capabilities into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and DevSecOps workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, and TeamCity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide identity access management solutions.
  • Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization flows.
  • Integrate IAM capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows.
  • Apply zero-trust architecture principles to strengthen identity posture.
  • Automate identity lifecycle management and access governance using IaC and Config as Code practices on AWS and Azure platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Modern Authentication, and Authorization protocols.
  • Proficiency in scripting and PowerShell skills to simplify processes and identify problems.
  • Experience working with modern infrastructure build and deployment mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and CI/CD pipeline desirable.

  • Tech Skills:
    • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Modern Authentication, and Authorization protocols.
    • Scripting/Powershell skills. The ability to write code to simplify processes, solve issues, and identify problems.
    • Knowledge and experience of modern infrastructure build and deployment mechanisms.
    • Experience working with Infrastructure as Code using tools.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, CI/CD pipeline desirable.
