About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Director to join our Global Investment Services team at Westpac Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert investment advice and guidance to our high net worth clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client engagement plans to generate, close and replenish client opportunity pipelines
  • Investment presentations to small and large groups of clients and stakeholders
  • Drive strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve year on year growth
  • Lead the engagement of clients at ongoing investment reviews
  • Drive banker capability uplift through education, learning and development activities

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce, Finance, Business or a related discipline
  • Strong sales experience and track record of client engagement and management in financial markets/funds management/HNW segment
  • Investment expertise in asset classes across fixed income and/or Equities
  • Experience in the HNW client segment either within Private Banking or Private Wealth is desired
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge and demonstrated implementation of compliance and risk management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional literacy, numeracy and attention to detail
