  • Sending out eDMs and chasing up information
  • Media pass mailouts in the lead up to a Major Event
  • Collating sub-branch activity info and adding it to the website
  • Raising purchase orders, sending approved POs to suppliers, and updating the budget schedule
  • Downloading creative files and organising them into folders in Sharepoint
  • Handling requests from the wider organisation and sending assets such as logos and design files
  • Scheduling Social Media posts
  • Managing the event calendar
  • Sourcing images for posts
  • Uploading stories to website
  • Community management

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Freelance Marketing professional who will be responsible for various tasks. The successful candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once, adaptable and flexible with excellent administration skills and customer service skills.

Duration: A part-time freelance role, approximately 3 days per week.
