Creative Freelance Social Media Managers - WE WANT YOU Work directly with a team of creative PR Managers, Advertising Managers & Social Media Consultants in this exciting junior freelance role.

As a successful freelance social & content executive, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of creative digital projects in a collaborative and forward-focused creative agency environment. If you are a team player and passionate about digital marketing, keep reading

**The Opportunity**:
- Support the Head of Social & work with a team of creatively-led individuals who support each other
- Assist the Head of Social in creating written, video, and visual content across relevant platforms (TikTok, IG & Facebook)
- Maintain a content calendar
- Coordinate meetings for colleagues across relevant digital tools (Teams)
- Engage with online social media communities, developing strategies to increase engagement and reach
- Liaise directly with the clients & key stakeholders
- Liaising with internal account managers to ensure that all copy is accurate and in line with the determined marketing angle
- Ensuring content in the CMS is updated throughout the production process
- Scoping, creating and producing multi-platform commercial and non-commercial content, as well as generating innovative ideas to engage new and existing audiences

**You**:
- Currently live in Melbourne, AUS
- 2-3 years in a similar digital role (social media, social and content)
- Team leadership and management experience is ideal
- Solid copywriting experience is ideal
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Highly proficient in project management and documentation
- Excellent networker with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Passion for digital marketing with a strong knowledge of social media
- Highly skilled in online advertising campaigns and eDMs
- Previous experience with budget management and reporting
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
