Your no 1 goal would be to
- Increase revenue from our digital marketing channels for both ApsisVR and ViriVR from their websites and social media platforms

Based on increase in revenue, you would receive performance bonus.

In this role, you will provide expertise to increase conversions for our marketing channels which will include the following
- SEO traffic and conversions on our websites
- Google Ads and Social Media Ads conversions
- Provide direction and leadership for our content writing team
- Provide advice and direction for our website team to optimise and increase conversions on our websites
- Provide direction, advice and thought leadership for our UX team.

You must have background in the following tools to establish our digital marketing operations where by we increase automation of our digital marketing activities:

- Hubspot
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Google Search Console,
- Social Media platform campaign management (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
- ChatGPT for content development
- Surfer (optional)
- UberSuggest (optional)
- Hotjar (optional)
- Mailchimp (optional)

We are looking for an individual who is an entrepreneur. We want this individual to grow with us by initially joining as a freelance contractor and then with the revenue growth to become a full time employee or remain as a service provider.

We are a very innovative startup company and looking for individuals who will ask the question "how would we do it" even for the most impossible tasks and mission.

Are you one of them ? Do you have the experience in the key platforms ? Well then don't send us a resume but be innovative and send us a proposal on what you can do for us. A page of bullet points will do or make it long as you want. We want to see how innovative you are as a digital marketing specialist.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $25.85 - $55.09 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
