Clinical Research Associate Role

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor investigator sites with a risk-based monitoring approach
  • Conduct on-site and remote visits to assess protocol compliance
  • Manage required documentation
  • Develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites
  • Ensure audit readiness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years of clinical monitoring experience
  • Therapeutic experience in oncology essential
  • Phase I experience essential
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain customer focus and work independently

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ICH-GCPs, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements.
