Our Developmental and Community Paediatric Team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fellow to join our team as part of the Paediatricians in School Program.
About the Role
- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced paediatrician to work 0.2 EFT (1 day a week) with our team in Narre Warren South.
- As a Fellow in this program, you will have the opportunity to work independently in the community, with onsite supervision and support from our Developmental and Community Paediatric Unit at Monash Children's Hospital.
- You will be allocated to a school-based clinic with a variety of presenting issues, including learning, developmental, behavioural, psychosocial issues and physical disabilities.
About the Position
The position is fully accredited by the RACP (ATC in Community Child Health and General Paediatrics). You will have the opportunity to gain experience in assessing children with complex health needs, developing management plans in conjunction with allied health support, school staff and families, and working closely with your supervising Paediatrician.

Salary and Conditions
The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. The position also comes with a range of benefits, including paid leave, professional development opportunities, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
