Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Prince of Wales Hospital. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team providing person-centred care to patients across various departments.
The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to interpret information from various sources to contribute to care planning, prioritise and organise your workload effectively, and provide skilled and timely care while promoting independence and involvement in care decisions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge while working under the direct and indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will remain accountable for your own actions and allocated functions, practicing in accordance with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board Standards of Practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with Medication endorsement.
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse applicable to a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries in complex situations.
- Demonstrated current computer skills and ability to use health information systems.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.

- An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.
