Key Responsibilities:
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card): A crucial requirement for any civil construction professional, demonstrating your ability to work safely and effectively in the field.
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence: Essential for transporting equipment, materials and personnel on site.
About You:
  • Relevant experience in civil construction: We require someone with a strong background in civil construction, including experience in bulk earthworks and project management.
  • Good communication skills: As a civil construction professional, you will need to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Skill in planning and organizing: The ability to plan and organize tasks, resources and timelines is essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised: We require someone who can work independently, taking initiative and making decisions as needed.
  • Able to work cooperatively as a team member: Civil construction is a collaborative effort, and we need someone who can work well with others to achieve common goals.
  • Strong commitment to quality, WHS and environmental management: Our company values quality, safety and sustainability, and we expect all employees to share these values.
  • Understanding of VOC/SOA highly regarded: While not essential, experience with VOC/SOA (Volatility Organic Compounds/Surface Organic Analysis) would be highly valued in this role.
