Job Description

As a skilled and courteous Switchboard Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to staff and customers of our Campus on a 24/7 basis. Your primary objective will be to deliver a professional and efficient service, ensuring timely action and response to all queries and referrals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at various levels throughout our organisation. You will also have a proven track record in exercising sound judgement and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and referrals in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to staff and customers
  • Exercise sound judgement in resolving complex issues and making decisions
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals
