Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of a global cyber uplift program. This includes overseeing the rollout of a centralised CSOC, vulnerability management, ISO 27001/PCI DSS certification efforts, and internal capability uplift across multiple regions.

Accountabilities
  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the Cyber Maturity Uplift Program.
  • Manage a multi-stream project plan covering ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CSOC onboarding, vulnerability management, and vendor risk governance.
  • Facilitate RFI/RFP processes, vendor selection, contract execution, and onboarding.
  • Track project timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies; provide regular updates to the Steering Committee and executives.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure local alignment and delivery success.
  • Manage external partners, consultants, and tool integrations.
  • Support the hiring, onboarding, and coordination of internal cyber resources.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and risk/issue logs for executive consumption.
Requirements
  • Strong and successful experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years focused on cyber security or GRC programs.
  • Proven experience delivering ISO 27001 and/or PCI DSS compliance initiatives.
  • Experience managing SIEM/SOAR, CSOC onboarding, and third-party security vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent.
  • Experience working across multi-region/multi-vendor environments is highly desirable.
