**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Executive to lead our Vehicle Processing Centre in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational excellence across all aspects of vehicle processing, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services aligned with customer expectations.
  • Lead the VPC team to implement initiatives that deliver on contracted KPIs and consistently meet organisational requirements.
  • Oversee site operations, staff performance, asset management, and facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and legislation standards.
  • Own financial performance, managing budget variance analysis and delivering strong site results.
  • Be accountable for site operations, safety, compliance, and facility performance, including lease management and tooling.
  • Support port operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet KPIs and customer deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in automotive processing/operations or logistics/industrial operations.
  • Strong understanding of operational safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead change, develop teams, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
