Job Overview

As a senior management professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of our Queensland division.

This position entails ensuring the successful execution of operational targets, developing and maintaining current operations, and establishing relationships with internal stakeholders and peers.

You will work closely with contract sites and customers to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.

  • Drive operational performance through effective planning, budgeting, and financial management
  • Develop and maintain high-performing teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers

Candidates should possess a tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or an associated field, as well as a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management position within a similar industry.

Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.

Furthermore, candidates must be able to work autonomously within a team and possess highly developed organisational skills to manage fluctuating workloads and priorities effectively.
