Located on the waterfront in Geelong's CBD, our hotel offers refurbished accommodations and dining facilities. We support corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events with five flexible function rooms.
About the RoleThis full-time on-site position involves developing revenue growth strategies, optimizing room inventory, and managing daily operations of the reservations department.
Key Responsibilities- Design revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Optimize room pricing to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze market trends and forecast demand.
- Coordinate between sales, front desk, and booking teams.
- Experience in revenue management and pricing strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting market trends.
- Reservations management and inventory optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and be able to work on-site in Geelong, VIC.
