Requirements

Applicants should hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, relevant certifications, and extensive leadership experience managing large centres and guiding sizable teams.

Experience working with diverse groups and fostering inclusive environments is highly valued.
