Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Substantial experience in a managerial role within the early childhood education sector
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and the National Quality Framework
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and staff
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Proficiency in using technology and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
