**Caregiver Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate caregiver to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

This is a 2-weekly rotating roster position that requires flexibility across a 7-day rotating roster which may include AM, PM, Night shifts. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-quality personal care to our residents based on their individual needs.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care;
  • Demonstrated experience in a caregiving role, able to work without direct supervision;
  • Sound best practice personal and clinical care skills appropriate to the role;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Solid time management to manage own workload to complete tasks within the allocated time;
  • An excellent understanding of the requirements to support residents living with dementia, including those who display challenging behaviours;
  • A Senior First Aid Certificate is desirable;
  • An understanding of AN-ACC requirements is also desirable.
