Disability Support Role

Our organisation has a long history of empowering people with disability to live life on their own terms. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team in this rewarding role.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to support clients with a range of needs, including communication, household duties, health-related issues, community access, personal hygiene, and behavioural support. They must be able to maintain and monitor person-centred plans, document progress notes, and assist individuals to engage in cultural activities and maintain cultural connection.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, providing transport and accompanying clients to community events. The successful applicant will also be responsible for completing mandatory reporting and administrative duties.

We require candidates with a minimum two years' experience as a disability support worker, holding a Certificate III Individual Support or similar qualification. Additionally, you must possess an unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence, current Provide First Aid Certificate + CPR, and Assist Clients with Medication Skill Set.
