Dynamics Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping our clients improve their operations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate findings into Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical requirements.
- Document the outcome of these workshops (Fit Gap, Functional and Technical Requirements Document, Blueprint etc.).
- Help clients decide between multiple configuration options and suggest process optimisation and improvement solutions.
- Collaborate with other functional and technical consultants to configure Business Central to fit customer needs.
- Prepare training materials and deliver training to the client's key users and end users.
- Write test scripts and support customers during the UAT and Go Live activities.
- Collaborate with engagement managers to deliver high-quality projects.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/ NAV.
- Previous experience working on projects through the full life cycle from Initiation to Go Live.
- Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing and Jobs.
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels.
- Previously worked in a client-facing role.
