The Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team is seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join their team as part of a Digital Transformation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing management of the Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure the Workday HCM System to meet the business requirements
- Manage and maintain the system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Workday, with a strong focus on HCM domain
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Workday certification is highly regarded but not essential
