About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality bookkeeping and payroll standards for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on reviewing and quality-controlling work completed by our experts across bookkeeping, payroll, and other financial service workflows.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate bookkeeping and payroll work to ensure accuracy and compliance with best practices.
  • Maintain high service standards and low error rates to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Track and resolve quality issues while keeping customer information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate and improve workflows to reduce inefficiencies and enhance customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and payroll with a strong focus on quality control and accuracy.
  • Professional qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field.
  • BAS Agent registration is highly desirable.
  • Expert knowledge of Xero with experience in additional platforms being advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to review and quality-control bookkeeping and payroll work, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
