Job Summary

CPB Contractors, a leading international construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Administrator to join our Finance team. As a key member of our UNITY Alliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process incoming accounts payable and other finance-related documents in JDEdwards
  • Accurately and efficiently manage supplier and subcontractor payment claims, ensuring timely payments and compliance with project and statutory requirements
  • Prepare and process invoices and supporting documents for supplier and subcontractor claims in JDEdwards
  • Assist with the preparation of audit requirements and ensure accurate data entry and matching of supplier dockets in Rover
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Administration team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Administration role within the Finance department on a large construction or mining project
  • Advanced Microsoft Skills, with proficiency in JDEdwards and Rover
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with confidence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to successfully communicate and influence across all levels of the organization
