We are seeking a highly skilled Simulation Management Professional to lead the technical aspects of our simulation training devices.

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and equipment manufacturer requirements. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing simulator usage, including customer data reporting.
  • Liaising with customers and subcontractors.
  • Developing and reviewing procedures for safe operation and maintenance of simulation training devices.
  • Investigating device defects and submitting findings to support organizations.
  • Providing advice on modifications to simulation devices and other training equipment.
  • Directing standardization and routine compliance fly-out profiles.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. The position requires a strong understanding of aviation simulation technology and a passion for delivering high-quality training experiences.

The Simulation Management Professional will be based at our state-of-the-art training centre, where they will oversee the daily operations of our simulation devices. This includes managing customer interactions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
