About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Asuria. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, stakeholders, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with employers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements, and process the information in our CRM system to facilitate the matching of suitable candidates for available positions.
  • Provide administrative support to all employers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Manage leads and inquiries received through our CRM system, ensuring all are addressed within the expected timeframe.
  • Receive customer feedback, complaints, and desired resolutions accurately and thoroughly, and forward this information to the Customer Operations Manager for further action and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Employment services industry experience is desired, but not essential.
  • Proven experience in a range of areas, including sales, customer service, finance, marketing, recruitment, and/or management delivery.
  • Certificate level (or above) in Business Administration or employment services is desired, but not essential.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, clients, stakeholders, and community.
