About the Role

We are seeking passionate and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live their lives to the fullest.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing care and support to individuals in their homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
  • Accompanying individuals on outings and activities
  • Assisting with medication management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Disability, Aged Care or a related field
  • Experience working in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current First Aid certificate and CPR certification
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • The right to work in Australia
