Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the ongoing maintenance and compliance of our Quality System.
- Maintaining and updating our Quality System, including policies, procedures, forms, and registers will be a key responsibility for this role.
- The successful candidate will ensure documents are reviewed and updated in a timely manner to meet compliance standards.
- This includes supporting staff with access and use of our Operating System.
- Assisting in the development and distribution of quality practices and procedures across our organization is also an important aspect of this position.
Key Requirements
- A strong background in quality management, administration, or compliance is essential.
- Familiarity with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and Human Services Standards (State and National) is required.
- This role requires excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
