About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Quality and Safety Specialist. As part of our Assurance department, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee key quality and safety systems including internal and service delivery audit programs, accreditation and certification processes, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business units to support a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Work closely with the Policy Specialist role to ensure organisational policies, procedures, and processes are accessible, compliant, and current.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in quality assurance and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
