We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to lead our restaurant team in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high performance standards, and fostering a positive team culture.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • They will be knowledgeable about menu items, dietary requirements, allergens, and current promotions, enabling them to confidently engage with guests and maximise sales opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating guest satisfaction through feedback and service reviews, implementing continuous improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills
